TEVAR Trouble: An Aortic Alarm One Year Later


Abstract

Neurovascular symptoms in a patient with a history of endovascular procedure should raise concern for adverse aortic events. The rate of stent collapse after TEVAR ranges from 0.4% to 4.5%. If high suspicion prompts consultation with specialized services, it can improve patient outcomes significantly.
